To the best of my knowledge, the kitten is in good health. A kitten from my
cattery will not be placed into his/her new home until he/ she weighs at least
2 pounds and is self sufficient based on the breeder's opinion, and is at least
10 weeks of age. The kitten will have his/her first vaccination, and will have
been vet checked before being placed with his/her new owners!

The new owner has 3 business days to take their new kitten to their vet to have
their kitten re-checked , not counting weekends ! If this is not done, contract will be
voided ! Any kitten being shipped must be insured and must be vet checked within
24 hours , this INCLUDES WEEKENDS!!! Your kitten must be checked immediatly
and notification must be sent to myself on condition of kitten ! Shipped kittens will
be vet checked at lesast 24 to 48 hours prior to being shipped by our vet and all
necassary papers will be with kitten!

or an illness that was present at the time of purchase within the first thirty days of
purchase, the purchase price of the kitten will be returned to the new owner. The return of
the price DOES NOT include vet bills that have occured above $50 dollars ! After the first thirty days of the purchase price and for the first year of ownership, if the kitten
should die from a genetic defect or FIP , a replacement kitten of equaL value will be given at the
soonest possible time ! Again, Vet bills,ARE NOT included in this agreement !!!
Allergies are excluded in this , as we can not control this ! Every pet is different in each environement! We do not believe in De-clawing, if you choice to de-claw you kitten, you also
choice to VOID the CONTRAT BETWEEN THE BREEDER AND THE BUYER!!!
Our kittens have their own personalities, and their personalities may change a little going from
my home to their new home ! This is to be expected ! They also may go through an adjustment
phase which could take a few days to a few weeks ! Give your kitten lots of love and attention !
